Established in 2001, Ridgehill Resources is a versatile consultancy company dedicated to providing high-quality and effective project management and delivery solutions for Major Resource Clients in the Mining and Minerals sector. Our primary objective is to deliver the best economic and safe outcomes for our clients.

During the early study phase, Ridgehill offers valuable contributions to the design process. By actively participating in the Client's Engineer design team, we focus on 'Fit for Purpose' engineering design, conducting constructability and maintainability reviews, attending or facilitating value improvement workshops, whilst scrutinising CAPEX estimates provided by Clients' EPC or EPCM consultants.

We deliver comprehensive multi-disciplinary consulting services, guiding projects through all study phases (concept, pre-feasibility, feasibility), managing third-party engineering consultants, overseeing project / construction management, and facilitating the seamless handover to Operations. Our portfolio includes a wide spectrum of projects, ranging from $2M to $8B+ Mega projects, each presenting unique challenges and complexities.

Led by founder Axel Cziesche, a seasoned project director with over 40 years of experience, our team has successfully established, managed, and delivered projects both as part of the Owners' team and within an EPCM environment. Axel's extensive background in minerals processing, infrastructure, rail, port, and power generation industries positions Ridgehill to best deliver the client requirements whilst interacting with engineering consultants and construction contractors, ensuring 'fit for purpose' outcomes at an economical price point.
