Program Management (PMO)
Most companies large or small believe they have project / program management capability in place. It is not until they start off on the project management journey they find that their systems in some instances are inefficient and / or not suitable for the tasks at hand which can contribute to a project failing.
Ridgehill Resources can develop and provide all the necessary bespoke, procedures and processes required. Our focus is on the following activities:

Understanding where the Client wants to be with the organisation i.e. Operator or Asset owner/manager.

Reviewing the existing processes and procedures.

Undertaking a gap analysis, and present findings to the Client.

In conjunction with the Client develop and prepare the appropriate project management procedures and processes suite, from concept through to commissioning, including handover to Operations.

Developing minimum standards and guidelines required by the Client for use by external third parties, which cover the Client’s business drivers and corporate governance requirements, in order to facilitate accurate data inputs to the level required in the various phases of studies.

Provide the relevant training in these procedures and processes to the Client’s staff.
