Engineering Management
Whilst Ridgehill Resources, has the necessary engineering and design management expertise across all engineering disciplines, Ridgehill can, in conjunction with the client, develop the scope of work and subsequently manage any third party engineering consultants.
Ridgehill Resources will manage the engineering by ensuring that the Engineer:

Resources the design team with the “A” team.

Has developed a clear list of engineering deliverables, including the man hours required to complete each deliverable.

Has a robust system to accurately report on progress against each deliverable using an approved gating system.

Provides a detailed GANNT chart schedule to deliver the scope of works in accordance with the project timeline.

Has all the relevant engineering processes in place in order to undertake the scope of works.

Has a robust change management process in place to keep track of any changes to scope.
