Risk Management
Ridgehill Resources will facilitate risk workshops and include all internal and external stakeholders, at whatever stage of the study/project, to identify and mitigate any commercial and or project risks. As the project moves forward, the risks are managed and mitigated accordingly.
Ridgehill Resources will manage the potential risk, by:
-
Understanding the Client’s appetite for accepting risk.
-
Undertaking and facilitating an overarching project risk workshop with all internal and external stakeholders being involved.
-
Allocating risks to the responsible project person(s) in order to ensure successful mitigating strategies and outcomes.
-
Publishing and issuing the the risk register to all stakeholders.
-
Reviewing the existing risks and identifying and new risks throughout each separate phase of the Study/project.
-
Continually mitigating the risks progressively during each phase of the project.
-
Undertaking a contingency risk analysis workshop against the estimate, at the end of each study phase.
-
Finalising and adding the final contingency dollar value into the cost estimate.
