Developed and implemented contracts and procurement plans of a program of 81 major work packages ($7.4 billion) for a resource industry project;

Designed and implemented a multi-million dollar Commercial Category Management procurement and contracts process for a Mining company operations;

Established a Contractor Performance Department and developed a supplier performance framework to measure and mange all subcontractors delivering a $1Bn work program;

Successfully negotiated Commercial Terms & Conditions for two 5 year multi-party Works Program Contract on behalf of the WA state government with multi-national infrastructure construction companies ($800 million and $500 million);
