In December 2017 RHR secured the role of Project Management Consultant for a Tin/Tungsten mine in Merida Spain. The Client, W. Resources and it's local subsidiary Iberian Resources Spa, engaged RHR to oversee and manage the local Perth design, (Scope Australia) procurement, contract administration and subsequent construction management of the circa US$27m mineral processing facility.
The project management team is led by RHR's Project Manager Mr Nathan Marr. RHR continues with an on site presence including a Construction Manager, SMP Manager and a Procurement/ Contracts Manager. The team is supplemented by a Project services professional and a HSE Manager on site as required. The project remains on schedule, with commissioning starting early in the New Year and completion date circa April 2019.
Axel Cziesche, Principal/Project Director of RHR commented that the project is a testament that smaller boutique style Project Management companies have what it takes to deliver projects for the mid tier clients both On Shore and Off Shore. Axel explained that with reduced overheads and working together with the Client, projects become more viable. It is also about finding the sweet spot for the organisation as well as securing experienced personnel, who have a positive attitude in providing the client with best bang for their dollar.

Congratulations on securing the AUD 22 M contract — that’s an impressive milestone for Ridgehill Resources! While I was learning about project and contract management and trying to stay on top of my own coursework, I once needed extra help and used a US online class taker to keep up with deadlines without stress. Posts like this are motivating and show what hard work can achieve.
UNICCM highlights methods that help users understand how to seal basement walls by showing practical steps that work across various basement conditions. The article provides clear sequence guidance. Readers gain installation confidence. This enhances overall results.
This highlights how lean project teams can still manage complex, international operations effectively. I’m curious how firms document and communicate these milestones consistently whether they rely on an internal process or a blog content writing service. Has anyone experimented with support from PayssomeoneTo for sharing technical project updates clearly?
Reading about how Ridgehill Resources secured a complex PMC contract back in 2017 and navigated the challenges of project management reminded me of the analogous journey many researchers face when refining their own work both require meticulous attention to detail, clarity of expression, and iterative refinement before a final release. In that spirit, I couldn’t help but think how indispensable careful scientific paper language editing is to the research process: much like a well-managed project plan, it brings coherence to complex ideas, sharpens arguments, and
I enjoyed reading about Ridgehill Resources securing that significant PMC contract and how knowledgeable planning and tailored project delivery really drive real-world success in complex mining projects like this one (your post shows clear industry insight). It made me chuckle thinking back to sleepless nights when I searched for help with doctoral-level exams as a lifeline, reminding me that thoughtful support and strategy always help us push through tough challenges.
